I like to read especially books on spirituality or self-improvement. I always set a target to read approximately ten to fifteen books a year. One of the best books that I’ve read this year is How to Fail by Scott Adams (the creator of the Dilbert comic strip). His idea of creating a talent stack (i.e., becoming proficient at multiple skills) to make oneself invaluable is truly unique. It had me thinking about the skills I can develop to help me grow as a person in 2020 and beyond.
Every year I read a couple of books to reinforce the ideas that impressed me and reinforce my thinking. That list just grew by one. If I were you, I’d give it a read. Why not?
Side note: If you have Periscope, Twitter, or YouTube, then you should check out Scott’s daily podcast. He has a unique way of thinking and he articulates his thoughts well.
