Ethan Allen at Fort Ticonderoga
I’ve been engrossed in reading “Revolution” by Eric Metaxas, a comprehensive recount of the Revolutionary War that delves into the providential aspects that underpinned the entire conflict. I’ve completed a third of the book and recently read about the capture of Fort Ticonderoga by Ethan Allen and Benedict Arnold. Surprisingly, I found this part quite amusing. I’m at a loss to explain why.
