I like to read especially books on spirituality or self-improvement. I always set a target to read approximately ten to fifteen books a year. One of the best books that I’ve read this year is How to Fail by Scott Adams (the creator of the Dilbert comic strip). His idea of creating a talent stack (i.e., becoming proficient at multiple skills) to make oneself invaluable is truly unique. It had me thinking about the skills I can develop to help me grow as a person in 2020 and beyond.

Hard Work
There’s a pejorative that’s used to describe a nerdy person as someone who “blogs from his or her mother’s basement.” Blogging, which I consider a form of expository writing, is hard work! For instance, it took me a couple of hours to write this post. And this post is only a couple of paragraphs
I have always held people who could write lengthy and coherent articles, reports, essays, dissertations, etc., in high regard. It wasn’t because I could not do it, but they are able to tap in to themselves and produce. Now it’s time for me to produce. Let’s see where this goes.
Salute to you authors.

Hello World!
This is really my first post on my first real website. I’m really excited about that! You don’t know how long it’s taken me to get to this point. (I even stuck with the default title!)
And there’s more to go. I promise you that it’ll be fun.
Cheers.
