Super Bases Loaded
Last night I found out that Ryne Sandberg passed away. It took me a while to realize my connection to him.
He was the cover athlete on the Super Bases Loaded video game of the SNES. That was the first baseball game that ever I owned. I had many good memories while playing that game.
I pray that God comforts his family in this transition period.

MJ’s Last Game at MSG This another reason why he’s the greatest. Years beyond his physical prime, at 40 years old, he was still putting up numbers and competing. His mentality went beyond the physical, which one could say was the driving force behind his success.

What’s funny is that I don’t really have a widely-used nickname. People either use my first or last name. However, there are several cases where certain individuals have their own personal nickname for me.

I have an app that contains book summaries for me to read (or listen to). Lately, I’ve been reading a lot about mindfulness through this app. From what I’ve read it involves being ever present in the moment.
Since I’ve been getting a lot of content about mindfulness, I had to do some research on the true purpose of mindfulness.

Neither. I prefer to have fish in an aquarium. There’s something so serene about watching animals operate in water just living. This hypothetical would be the centerpiece of a peaceful environment.
But if I have to choose, I would go with dogs.

I did not realize that the MLB All Star Game always had their participating players wear their team uniforms rather than the one-off special uniforms for the game. If it is traditional then it’s ok.
