I answered this prompt before and I’ll answer it again. I don’t like it. However, it’s the cold season and weather that makes me appreciate the spring and summer seasons.

  • Happy Mother’s Day!

To all who still have their biological mothers in their life, celebrate them. There are only so many of these you will have in this lifetime.

    Cherish it!

  • 1% Better

    Remember this?

Well, yesterday I got better. I learned a new workout from my gym colleague.

    • 30 minutes on the Stairmaster (I did levels 11 through 13.)
    • 1,000 jumps with the weighted rope
    • 3 sets of 15 hanging leg raises.

I was sore as heck after finishing, but I got a good sweat out of it. I definitely felt like I got better.
