Prompt of the Day
So here’s a prompt that builds upon the article referenced above for self reflection. I’m going through this now and, quite frankly, it’s very humbling.
Here it is. Put this into the chatbot of your choosing:
Act as a personal development coach. Guide me through a self-reflection process to:
1. Define the core identity of the person who has already achieved my goal.
2. Uncover my unconscious true goals by analyzing my current actions.
3. Design one small daily action that aligns my behavior with that new identity.
This will take some time. The best time to do this was yesterday. The next best time is now. Check it out and let me know what you think.
