Seen from 39th and Third Avenue I managed to catch a glimpse of the Empire State Building last Friday walking from the store. The wilting leaves in the foreground give place to the obscure centerpiece of the photo. The building manages to show its brilliance above the rooftops or the smaller buildings in its periphery.

Seen in Brooklyn I like the advert. I forgot exactly where this was but it was not too far from the Barclays Center. I immediately thought of the West Indian parade held every Labor Day along Eastern Parkway.
