If you could meet a historical figure, who would it be and why?

These are some the questions I would ask:
- What made you step down after 2 terms as president?
- What was it like fighting against the strongest military power in the world?
- What gave you that unction in your heart that you were going to prevail against the British?
- How much did you believe in the American experiment? How much longer did you think it would last?
- Why did you believe in God?
Amongst many other questions.
