Personally this means I need to bring more attentiveness to everything I do. Because whether it’s big or small, it matters.

The Great Switch
“You know, there has been a transition historically in the 20th century, there was a major transition where the black community that voted pretty much exclusively Republican, there was a transition over many, many decades where a lot of the black population left the Republican Party and joined the Democrat Party. And this is why people today would argue, well, there was a great switch, right?
There was this, there was this defining moment when the political parties both decided they were going to switch and they were going to be the other party, which of course is silly for lots and lots of reasons. But there was a transition of black voters that were voting Republican to voting Democrat. And part of that happens under FDR when you’re going through the Great Depression and FDR opens some of the food and soup kitchens, because there’s many people that were in dire need that shifted over their support to Democrats.”

How Palantir—a company too small to make the Fortune 500—became one of the world’s 25 most valuable companies
Palantir, based in Denver, surpassed $1 billion in quarterly revenue for the first time this week, posting growth figures that blew past analyst estimates. Palantir’s stock soared to more than $160 a share, marking a 555% increase from this time last year. By market close on Tuesday, Palantir’s market cap had hit nearly $409 billion, making it the 23rd most valuable company in the world, just behind Johnson & Johnson, a company with more than 23 times Palantir’s revenue and more than 35x the number of employees. To think if I had put a couple of G’s into this stock last year I’d be up more than 500%. Have to learn how to play the markets more efficiently.

Super Bases Loaded
Last night I found out that Ryne Sandberg passed away. It took me a while to realize my connection to him.
He was the cover athlete on the Super Bases Loaded video game of the SNES. That was the first baseball game that ever I owned. I had many good memories while playing that game.
I pray that God comforts his family in this transition period.

MJ’s Last Game at MSG This another reason why he’s the greatest. Years beyond his physical prime, at 40 years old, he was still putting up numbers and competing. His mentality went beyond the physical, which one could say was the driving force behind his success.

What’s the story behind your nickname?
What’s funny is that I don’t really have a widely-used nickname. People either use my first or last name. However, there are several cases where certain individuals have their own personal nickname for me.
