    Remember this?

    Well, yesterday I got better. I learned a new workout from my gym colleague.

    • 30 minutes on the Stairmaster (I did levels 11 through 13.)
    • 1,000 jumps with the weighted rope
    • 3 sets of 15 hanging leg raises.

    I was sore as heck after finishing, but I got a good sweat out of it. I definitely felt like I got better.

    Yesterday’s wins:

    • Updated my LinkedIn profile. Tightened my summary and some bullet points. Submitted requests for some recommendations. Changed my profile picture.
    • Updated my personal website. Did some minor corrections. Tightened up the “About Me” section.
    • Posted a new design on my apparel pages.

    In retrospect, it was better than I thought.
