Remember this?
Well, yesterday I got better. I learned a new workout from my gym colleague.
- 30 minutes on the Stairmaster (I did levels 11 through 13.)
- 1,000 jumps with the weighted rope
- 3 sets of 15 hanging leg raises.
I was sore as heck after finishing, but I got a good sweat out of it. I definitely felt like I got better.
