I can probably reduce the clutter in my bedroom physically. Electronically, I have a bunch of emails that I have not touched since I started using email. They are mostly spam but I’d like to take a look at them at least.
Describe an item you were incredibly attached to as a youth. What became of it?
I used to have a teddy bear when I was younger. I kept it in the living room so that everyone could see it. It was my favorite. As I got older it became more worn out. I stopped paying attention to it, then it was gone. (It was more gradual progression than that.). Never to be seen or heard from again.
We all have flaws as humans. We tend to be have a self-inflated view of our actions and think that we’re doing everything right. That depends on our intentions and results. For me, I want to start my day right.
I could be more disciplined about my daily morning routine. Sometimes I wake up and become sluggish about my time. But I know that if I hit my markers in the morning, it will set me up for a successful day ahead. This new year, rather this day, is an opportunity for me to get after my goals and to progress.
What are your favorite physical activities or exercises?
My favorite exercises are the box jumps, squats, pull-ups, and jump ropes. Heck, those exercises in themselves compose a good full-body circuit. I would absolutely do those if I was stuck for a routine to follow.
