The Daily Prompt – No. 306

Describe one positive change you have made in your life.

Another positive change that I’ve done recently is tracking my food intake in earnest through MyFitnessPal. I have two goals that I want to achieve: get under 190 lbs and have 12% body fat.

Keeping track of my calories will help me be cognizant my weight loss goals. Now I have to find more time to burn calories during the week.
