You get some great, amazingly fantastic news. What’s the first thing you do? The first thing I do is thank God; show some gratitude. The situation could have gone worse, so give thanks. Then I’ll become elated with the news! On to the next challenge where I can be thankful.

Do you need a break? From what? I need a break from my old ways of thinking. They are the reason why I am where I am. Some of these things are good and some are less than desirable. Nonetheless, I want to do better, so I need to think and act better.
