Are you seeking security or adventure?
Great question. Naturally I’m a deliberate person so I’d prefer security but I need to be living more by faith so I’ll say security.

If you could host a dinner and anyone you invite was sure to come, who would you invite?
For the living category, I would invite Michael Jordan or Donald Trump. They’re both billionaires and were successful in their respective fields. I could just sit and pick their brain about how they faced different challenges.
For those who have passed, I would want to invite King David and King Solomon of Israel. David was mighty man who went through a tribulation before he became king. King Solomon was the richest man to ever live.
What is your favorite genre of music?
Number one is hip hop. (Supposedly it’s turning 50 this year!). And next is house.
Are there things you try to practice daily to live a more sustainable lifestyle?
What does it mean “to live a more sustainable lifestyle”? That is an amorphous question. So I guess the answer would be “No”.
What’s the most delicious thing you’ve ever eaten?
Golden Oreos or an ice cream cone filled with cookies and cream.
If you were forced to wear one outfit over and over again, what would it be?
It would have to be a Nike Tech Fleece combo. I’m all about the athleisure type of wardrobe. They’re super duper comfortable and chill.
How important is spirituality in your life?
Very important. I try to seek God everyday and let Him influence my decisions. (I don’t always follow through like I should; I am not perfect.). But I think knowing Him is an essential part of who I am as a person.
How do you practice self-care?
Self-care? I don’t really have a routine that emphasizes “self-care”. If I feel down, I meditate and read some Bible scriptures.
This is a question geared more so towards women than men. They are more in touch with their emotions and feelings.
How do you waste the most time every day?
I waste time the most by being on social media (or really my phone). Often I take a glance on my phone to check on my notifications. One thing leads to another and I get lost in social media. It takes up more time than I bargain.
To counteract this in the past, I fast from social media. However, I don’t do this as much as I need. Kudos to this prompt for bringing this to my attention.
What is your favorite season of year? Why?
Summer is my favorite. My birthday is then . It’s warm, which means you can do more outdoor activities. And I feel like the general mood is livelier.
