Very important. I try to seek God everyday and let Him influence my decisions. (I don’t always follow through like I should; I am not perfect.). But I think knowing Him is an essential part of who I am as a person.
I waste time the most by being on social media (or really my phone). Often I take a glance on my phone to check on my notifications. One thing leads to another and I get lost in social media. It takes up more time than I bargain.

But, alas, they become burdensome. They get so old and they fall out of the rotation. Eventually I just give them away, albeit reluctantly. One time, I donated almost all my soccer jerseys to goodwill, I had a significant state of remorse.
